1. Prep Your Skin: Apply a few drops of facial oil to your face, neck, and chest to ensure smooth, tug-free gliding.

2. Chest & Neck: Start at the chest and sweep upward toward the neck to stimulate circulation and open lymphatic pathways.

3. Jawline: Using the curved edge, glide upward from chin to ear to relieve tension and sculpt the jawline.

4. Cheeks: Use the long flat side to sweep from the nose outward toward the ears, following your cheekbone’s natural contour.

5. Eye Area: With the pointed edge, gently glide under and around the eyes to depuff and refresh.

6. Forehead: Glide upward from brows to hairline to release tension and smooth the forehead.

7. Drain & Finish: Complete the routine by sweeping downward from the neck to the collarbone to flush lymphatic buildup.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship on weekends.

During holidays or seasonal sales, additional processing time may be required. Deliveries within Europe usually take 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses. This means your items may arrive in separate packages.

Please note: all shipping times exclude potential delays due to customs clearance.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

All prices displayed on our site are tax-free in euros (€). Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or related customs fees once your order arrives at its destination.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Glowtific is not responsible for customs-related delays. For more details, please consult your local customs authority.
